I made this yesterday. My husband just loved it. the flavors all combined were outstanding. The turkey was perfect, didn't know you could make such a tender piece of turkey so flavorful on a stove top.The sage in the gravy just made it wonderful. My husband loved the potato's the depth of flavor was amazing especially with the chives. The cranberry compote added just enought tart and sweet to the dish.. LOVED this recipe my husband raved over it. This is a keeper , I will replicate this recipe for years to come. Thank you Chef Robert..

this meal was delishshshshshshshshsh.......... the cranberry sauce makes this dish out of sight!! i aggree with other "reviewer", 15-18min is enough for the turkey breast cooking, 20min is overdone! anyway, based on how good i made this - chef irving wouldn't have been able to send me home!!

Made it tonight. Family loved it. I agree, very good. More time consuming than it looked. First time making it I forgot the Sage in the Gravy and on half the potatoes forgot the chives. The chives really makes the potatoes. I would have cooked my turkey a little less than the 20 minutes. the potatoes a little more. I did not do the cranberries, will try it next time.

I just tried this tonight, and I am not a great cook, but this was Delicious! I didn't have a turkey breast, so I used chicken breasts, and it was great! My whole family LOVED it, including my 11 year old daughter! Everyone had seconds. I am getting more of Chef Roberts recipes, this was great and I thought it was fairly easy, but looks like you spent all day on these flavorful recipes!

Okay today I was finally able to cook this disk! Since I saw it the last episode I wanted to do it! So here is my review...the peas just love it! very creamy and well balance flavors, really good. The Gravy Love it!! easy to make and great way to use the stock ...the Turkey Hummm, i think it need more season than what the recipe calls...but of course it could be that my piece was bigger ....In general Love the recipe..and I will definitely do it again ...easy and fast! Good Job Chef! :
