I went out and bought biscuit dough and cut it out with a shot glass (top of the glass for the size of the donut then the bottom of the glass to cut out the middle. I deep fried them like the did on the show and they turned out really well! I am disappointed that they didn't put that as an option on here, but working with that dough does really give you tasty little donuts! This is an awesome alternative when you want something quick and easy with little kids around!!

This is not the recipe for the doughnuts he made on the show. I was looking for ones he made with pre-made biscuits and canned frosting. I really wanted to make strawberry ones with sprinkles.
