The salad was fantastic, it feeds quite a large crowd. The different tastes you experience, the greens, the cucumber, peas, corn, then the pineapple, great waves at the dinner.

However, the dressing, was horrible. I made it, had everyone try it, just a taste, not on the salad. Everyone agreed, it was bad. Never thickened, bitter taste.

The salad was nothing out of the ordinary. Followed the instructions exactly as they are on the recipe, the salad dressing was very bland. The insructions stated that the dressing should become as thick as mayo. waited several days and still the dressing is very watery. Would not recommend this salad as it is nothing out of the ordinary.

Looking for a different, but healthy, salad dressing, I tried this for family and guests on Thanksgiving. It was a big hit and we now use it every day. Planning to try the salad, too, on Christmas! Thanks.

I was asked to make salad to feed a large group - this is the recipe I selected. And I will select it again, and again.

Each bite of this tasty creation gives you a different combination of flavors. The dressing enhances it all and does not overwhelm the flavors.

My husband was skeptical when he saw cucumbers and pineapple. He loved it once he tasted it.
