    This was very good. I've never made lamb before and was happy that this was such a success. I used the chicken broth

    This recipe was so easy and delicious. I couldn't find a lamb shoulder, but my butcher cubed up a leg of lamb for me. I used the water and wine. Next time I will either use all wine or wine and chicken broth, but no complaints. I will make this again for company.
