    This recipe was quick and very easy and would be a fabulous addition to any meal, even thinking perhaps, Thanksgiving! Prepared full recipe but only baked 1/2 of it and saved the rest for 2 days later, adding the topping just before baking. Came out great even the 2nd time around. You could probably add other items to this dish to switch it around e.g. add bacon bits, red peppers, jalapenos ...!!!
