I love this recipe! I have made it a few times and it has always been a success. Have omitted the panko all together and substituted macadamias with pistachios as they add a beautiful colour to the dish.

Simple, quick and delicious. I would use less panko. Found that the top didn't brown as quickly as I'd like without overcooking the salmon. Would perhaps try increasing the temp for a shorter cooking time and a faster browning on the panko. Would also try the other suggestion below on adding lemon zest next time.

This was wonderful! My husband and I are doing low carb, so it took some shopping to find a yogurt that was only 11 carb per serving, which of course we only used half that much. Also I sustituted pork rinds for bread crumbs...both crunchy and delicious! This is a keeper

We love this recipe, I used sour cream instead of yogurt as well, and dipped the salmon in the wet ingredients. I then coated the salmon in panko and macadamian nuts. It was top notch, a great go to recipe that would even impress guests!

We made this last night and it was delicious! We added Lemon Zest to the butter mixture and it added a nice light citrus flavor that I love with salmon. It was extremely easy as well. Would recommend it to impress guests or just when you are in the mood!! YUMMY!

I really enjoyed this very simple recipe. Thou I must say I changed it just a little because I didn't have any yogurt I added light sour cream and because I also didn't have the mustard in this recipe I used just spicy mustard instead. I added about a tablespoon of honey to this also. Next time around I will chop my nuts a little finer, I personally didn't like the bigger nut sizes. My 10 year old son loved it also. Next time around I will get the yogurt and right kind of mustard and try it that way. I loved the idea of putting panko around the whole fish. You can never go wrong with panko bread crumbs.

Ever since we came back from Hawaii I've been looking for an easy Macadamia Nut crusted recipe for fish. I finally found it here. Robert Irvine's recipe meets all the requirement, and it's delicious!!!
