    My review is specific to the sauce - I did not follow the fish part of the recipe because I didn't have limes or tequila - so I just pan seared the fillets. My three modifications to the sauce recipe were 1 add orange and lemon zest; 2 add starch to thicken; and 3 leave out the parsley. My neighbors all loved it!
