Made this dish for guests last night and it was absolutely a show-stopper. The one change I made was the sriracha - 1/4 cup became 1 Tbsp, and it was just right. Served it with Aarti's quinoa tabbouleh and asparagus with white truffle vinaigrette. This is a keeper. Thanks Robert!

I have prepared this recipe over a dozen times on different people, and the same people, over and over. What a rave I get!!!! If you like a bit of a kick to your fish, but want to savour the taste of the salmon....this is the recipe for you. Don't shy away from blending....it's very easy.

I never miss an episode of "Dinner Impossibe" and this marinade really caught my attention. I'm always looking for new and tasty ways of making fish, and I have to say that this one made my taste buds pop! My whole family, kids included, loved it and cleaned their plates! Way to go Chef Irvine, creative, beautiful, and delicious! Thank you
