Made this for a New Year's Eve appetizer - it was a big hit! Super easy and totally yummy! Added Wasabi paste to the sour cream for a little extra kick and color.

No changes! Perfect! Served it at a New Year's party and everyone asked for the recipe. Will make again!

This is so easy and it is fabulous! Cut the tuna and store it in a plastic bag until almost ready to serve. Mix it up and let it age for about 5 minutes and enjoy. Great the next day too!
