    This dish was a hit with the extended family. 90 year old father of boyfriend always complains that he cannot taste food anymore. He had thirds of this dish. Easy, elegant, and absolutely delish! Will make again and again. A new favorite recipe for peas. Thank you Robert!

    Unbelievable!! I make this every year with my Christmas ham (Jimbos-Hambo - Guy Fieri…the two go perfectly together.

    I made this as a side last year for my Dad's birthday, and everyone loved it! It is now requested at birthdays and holidays, a new tradition! You will not be disapointed with this one.

    I made this for Thanksgiving last year. Everyone loved it, including the people who don't care for peas. My mom just requested that I bring these fabulous peas again this year.

    I stumbled on this one afternoon when I was looking for a fresh spin on our standard 'creamed peas'. It has become a family favorite and everyone I share the recipe with loves it, as well!
