    Easy pasta salad with great flavor. To cut out some of the fat, replace half of the oil with red wine vinegar or a great balsamic. Everyone loved this recipe!!

    I love Robert's style and creativity. In the spirit of Dinner Impossible, I substituted cucumber for the zucchini and added toasted pine nuts. The dressing was absolutely delicious. Perfect for a summer crowd. Everyone loved it!
