This recipe is okay, but not great. It tasted good, but it was nothing special. I probably wouldn't make it again.

My kids and I saw this on the "Yahoo Search Scramble" episode (and I beg to differ with rcroeder_12997165 because this is EXACTLY the recipe that we saw - the Yahoo Search came up with the component of peanut butter and the food type of chili!. As strange as it sounded, the reactions on the show were great. My kids are vegetarian so I'm always looking for interesting vegetarian recipes to serve when they are with me. This one is flavorful, nutritious and I always have to make a double recipe (and the kids are only 11 and 9! Thank you Chef Irvine! We hope Dinner Impossible comes back and we've enjoyed Restaurant Impossible.

It was a joy to meet Chef Robert at Disneyland's 2009 Food & Wine Festival a few weeks ago. It was fun learning from him as he demonstrated cooking the salmon dish. I hope you will return again next year!
Being vegan, it's very hard to find a chili dish that tastes good, but this one is so very tasty. The peanut butter makes the dish! My hubby and I enjoyed it immensely.
Thank you, Chef Robert!
