Has no taste at all. Mine went right to the garbage. I get all my recipes from the food network. Save your self time and money and don't waste your time on this. They want me to rate this recipe before I post, this was such garbage it does not deserve the rating of 1 star, that they are requiring for me to post this.

The show has Chef George adding rasins and cranberries to the recipe.

I drained the juices from a larger can of pineapple chucks. I reserved the juices. I measured out 8 oz of pure pineapple. After mixing the ingredients together, the cookie dough looked good...not watery. I baked at 350 degree and also increased the baking time. The cookie were chewy (not too soft so they did not fall apart. I only wished that the cookies tasted more like pineapple. I used the juices and mixed with powder sugar to create a glaze for the top of the cookies. The glaze added some favor but the cookies were just O.K. I may not make these cookies again but look forward to something new from Robert Irvine. Thank you.

I was excited to try this cookie because I love pineapple, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to drain the can of crushed pineapple. since it didn't specify I used it juice and all. The cookies have a good taste but are very soft and kind of cake like. They are so soft that thy are hard to store and fall apart easily. I will try the recipe again omitting the juice because I was hoping for a better cookie consistency.

i just finished watching this particular episode. was very impressed with the improvisions with recipes provided. when looking up the recipes temselves i was disapointed that the printed recipes did not follow the same ing as used in the show. when the cookies were made concern for the pinapple might make cookies to soggy so craisens were added to absorb the moiture. why does the recipes here follow ?
