This meal was easy to prepare and required little time to assemble and yet it tasted better than meals I have eaten at gourmet restaurants. I rarely can eat a whole serving of anything but this dish made me go back for more!

I made the sauce tonight to go with my pecan crusted chicken breast. I followed the recipe (knowing full well what would happen and it broke immediately.

Ingredients are great, need to change the process.

It was probably more on my end than the recipe, but I agree with francisco that the cheese flavor could have been stronger (granted I used a reduced fat mozzarella, so that's probably the reason the cheese didn't stand out as much. My chicken was a little dry even with the spectacular sauce. Altogether though this was a great dish. The only thing I'd change about the recipe would be adding a rough estimate on how long to let the beurre blanc reduce before using. It felt like it took forever for both reduction steps, and I had to keep the chicken in the oven for probably ten minutes longer than I should have (which is probably what dried the chicken out even though the oven was turned off just to get to the consistency I was looking for. But again, my little criticisms are more from my side of things than the recipe, and when I make it next time (and I definitely will be I'll just do one or two tweaks to the chicken.

This was a great recipe. I am an inexperienced cook, but this was fairly manageable and delicious. The only reason I gave this four stars and not five was that the sauce could be a little thicker and the cheese taste was there more. This could probably be fixed by tweeking the recipe.

This is an exellant recipe! I have made it several different ways... My favorite is to add some mushrooms and spinach leaves with the cheese. It makes a great presentation and its ridiculously easy! My fiance LOVED the sauce and I do to becuase I almost always have all the ingreadients on hand. A+++++

The chicken came out very tender and tasty it is not just a bland flavor like some chicken can be. Everyone at my table wants the recipe.

I'm a starving college student, and this recipe is not only relatively cheap to make, but it tastes like a meal from an upscale restaurant. All my friends are amazed! Its very simple, too. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to impress on a budget.

Excellent sauce. It gives a great taste to the chicken plus the mozzarella and the prosciutto adds more flavor to the chicken.
