Delicious!! I used panko for the breadcrumbs and canola oil for frying - you want a neutral oil. We ate these without a bun as salmon patties and they were great that way.

They were great. I used 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 crisco oil because I didn't have any grapeseed oil. I also put a little salt and pepper in the oil. They were really easy.

These turned out great. I added more seafood seasoning only because my family likes a little more spice. I will make these again.
