It was alright. Couldn't taste the garlic, too much sauce. Was not at all what I expected. Husband didn't like either. Not something I will fix again.

This recipe should be named "Spicy Spanish Rice and Shrimp". Next time I will leave out the peppers, basil, capers, rice, tomatoes and cream!

This meal tasted great. Prep time took a little longer than 20 minutes, but in the end it was delicious. For a little more kick add one more jalapeno pepper. Also, cut your mushrooms thin so they cook all the way through. This goes great with heated French bread drizzled with olive oil.

We loved this, served it with Crusty bread and a salad. It's good enough to serve company, we will definitely make it again.
The only thiNg we would do differently next time would be to add another jalapeno, we like it spicy!
