- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Puree the mayonnaise, roasted garlic, chives, parsley, hot sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper in a food processor.
