Had to make a few substitutions, used beef tip tenderloins instead and only had common seasonings available to use (onion, garlic, etc However, I prepared the beef per instructions, and the beef came out to be the most tender that I have ever eaten.
I'm not a big fan of anything fried, no matter how "light" it seems, so I subbed the onion rings for a garlic mashed potatoes.
The sauce made this dish for me, as it was the best sauce I've had in a long time, and so simple to make but the flavors were absolutely amazing. I subbed the Gorgonzola for blue cheese. Either way, this sauce goes on my list of all time favorites.
