So nice to have a Chef that uses less ingrediants Not More! Chef Irvine does this with aplomb. His 'hasselbeck potatoes' are another simple roasted potato. Was on with Paula Deen. Might find it there-worth it.His cornbread is just an easy-peasy recipe you can whip up first before the main dish and bake together...

It was very dry and maybe needed a little sugar. Also, I was cooking it for at least 50 minutes and still didn't cook all the way through.

I expected more from this recipe. This cornbread is not bad, but it tastes like plain cornbread.
