Sounds like it has potential but where is the rest of the recipe?

Where are the directions for this recipe???? Only the ingredients are listed. I wanted to make this tonight, but I guess not :( I see it's not my computer or the page; others have posted the same comments, so, when will you post the rest of the recipe?????

My daughter Shauna and I were watching Restaurant Impossible, when we saw Robert making the three cheese stuffed eggplant. I want to make it, but there isn't any directions. I can visualize him making it, so it not so bad for me. I will write again and let you all know how it was,and if you need the directions.

The recipie that I printed out only had the ingredients for the eggplant. It gave NO directions. How did he stuff the eggplant? Was it baked in the oven?? Was the cheese put between two slices eggplant pieces? Or, was it lasagna style?? What happened to the directions??

I would love to try this! But I'm not brave enough to risk wasting all the ingredients by guessing at the directions. Come on FN help us out!

Guess you'd have to be cooking long enough to figure out how to assemble this recipe. Or, has Food Network stop taking instructions...?
