This we so good, we are vegetarians & finding new dishes is sometimes not easy. It was easy to prepare. We grow our own veggies & eggplant is one of our favorites, this was great. I like to watch Dinner Impossilbe to see what new things Chef Robert comes up with, some I can make, some I can't, but this has so far been the best.
