This is a great refreshing drink. Only thing I did different was use Scotch and rub the mint in the glass for a more intense flavor.

Delicious! I mixed everything and froze it and we were able to mash it up and drink it as we wanted. DELICIOUS! new favorite. Totally agree that it is pretty awesome on the rocks without being frozen:

This is EXACTLY the kind of drink to make during the holidays. It is so good that I may be as excited about this beverage as the stuffing at Thanksgiving. We may have a repeat performance at Christmas. I used a different quality whiskey, and it was great. I omitted the extra juice, the diced cranberries, and the mint for ease during travel. Sampled on the rocks prior to freezing and nearly served it that way. This is worth the cost of ingredients.

Great drink to have before Thanksgiving dinner!!!! Plan to make it again for Christmas and for a party I'm going to. Only used half the sugar and definately used the Crown Royal! Thanks to Chef Irvine for another good recipe.

This recipe was a HUGE hit at Thanksgiving! I used about 3 cups of Jack Daniels instead of Crown & I omitted using the extra 3 cups of cranberry juice... I took this to a party & didn't want to have to explain to everyone that they need to add extra juice. I received so many compliments. Will for sure be making this again!
