Great vegetable lasagna except I left out the garlic as I am allergic to it.

well, im sure it is going to be good, but knowing this is a vegatarian recipe, I followed the recipe through to the end for a dinner party for some people that dont eat meat. When I finished I realalized that the recipe called for chicken stock, which I used and I had to start all over again with vegetable stock!

i am REALLY interested in the machine that was used to make the lasagna shaped zucchihi (the wide flat sheet I am trying to be gluten free, and that would be a huge help in my kitchen. Can you please let me know where I CAN GET THAT PRODUCT??? THANKS" SO MUCH''!!! ROSE BAILEY

This is my first time giving anything less than 3 stars. I cooked according to the recipe, and it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete this dish. I expected it to taste just as good as all the effort I put into it, but I was seriously disappointed.

The wonton paper's texture on the top layers was very chewy, and the ones on the bottom were not cooked all the way through. The red pepper sauce looked beautiful but I felt that it lacked something.

This was a wonderful recipe. Easy to follow, great results and raves from my dinner guests. This will be a regular "go to" recipe for me.
