Fantastic, very simple, very inexpensive, and quick. I caught myself snacking on it while waiting for the rest of dinner to finish a few minutes later. Plus my minions asked for seconds of vegetables! You can't ask for more than that!

Last I looked, there are no seasonal cherry tomatoes in most of the US. Nor are there local winter snow peas. If you want to call something a winter medley, it should include only seasonal winter foods. Broccoli I am willing to concede on, since it does well after a frost.
