    The water in this recipe must be off. I added 2 additional cups of flour to compensate. If anyone knows what the real measurements should be, do tell. I take was ok despite the texture being off.

    This recipe is so close to my grandmothers recipe that it is really perfect!! The Zeppole are great. If you can read you should beable to do this and really enjoy some really wonderful Zeppole!!!!
