Made this with her delicious chicken. My husband said it was one of the best mac and cheeses he has had! Makes a lot and there is only 3 of us. So, next time I will just 1/2 the recipe. (Not to worry, though. We'll be sure to eat it during the week!!!

Made this dish last night and it was fantastic. The grill was out of gas so I improvised with broiling the veggies to char and then baking at 350 for 1/2 hour.

What a concept for mac & cheese, because I love to grill too! Very easy to make and everyone loved it. I have made it several times since the first and our daughter keeps asking when am I going to make it again. Thanks!!!!

I normally don't like mac and cheese but I found this receipe interesting and gave it go this past weekend. My family loved it! Will make this again and I dare say I may just become a fan of Mac-n-Cheese.

So easy to make. I love the idea of the grilled peppers. I could not believe how much flavor was in this dish.
