By looking at the reviews its a love it or hate it type of recipe. I loved it! I think you have to remember it's a Horseradish sauce so if you don't like horseradish don't try it. One reviewer mentioned that in the episode she states she's uses a Horseradish Sauce not plain Horseradish. I disagree.. I watched the episode again after I read that review. She uses plain Horseradish and was refering to the end product as the sauce. I'm not sure why some reviewers state it's too hot as directed. Perhaps they were using a hotter horseradish. Definately a strong horseradish flavor but I didn't find it hot. Worth trying!

When plowing through recipes for a quick cook time on my own invention it's sure nice to type in BAKED CHICKEN and find quick assistance. This isn't baked.

The whole dish was delicious, but the sauce recipe alone is worth trying.

I usually love Robin Miller's recipes, and was excited to try the Spinach-Horseradish Sauce. Even though I used only 3 tablespoons of horseradish, however, this dish was inedible. The horseradish flavor was so omnipresent, I could not figure out a way to salvage the sauce and serve the dish.

The best part of this recipe was the sauce. My husband put the leftover sauce on everything and keeps asking me to make more (the recipe makes quite a bit of sauce so we had leftovers. I enjoyed it too. I used white wine instead of vermouth (didn't have any, and followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I will be making this again.

It was a little spicy for my tastes, but overall very good. I'll just cut back a little on the horseradish and increase the mayo to cut the spiciness.
My family liked it as well.

I don't know why this is called baked chicken when you don't bake it, you saute it in a fry or grill pan.
