I'm not usually a really big fan of ricotta, but these were great! I used leftover chicken from a different recipe - not the chicken she had leftover in the episode - and it was wonderful. The only change we made was the addition of green onions. I will definitely make this again.

Instead of a pie crust, I used canadian bacon to line the muffin tin cups. It made 11 bowls. I skipped making the salad, however.

I made the Ricotta Bowls but not the salad. The bowls were super easy to make and turned out very tasty. My boyfriend really liked them and I will definately make these again.

I read the earlier reviews about being bland so added sundried tomatoes, zucchini, onions, garlic and extra ricotta. I also added extra chicken and it made enough for 12 muffin tins. I divided the pie crust to fit also. Overall very very good and will definitely make again. Good way to use up extra veggies in your fridge. My 3 year old even ate it.

I saw this recipe on the Food Network and thought it would be delicious. After making it, I have to say that it was a complete waste of time and money! The recipe was to bland and tastless. I would never make it again.

This was not good at all. It was easy to prepare the filling but would have been even easier and probably better if the pie crust was kept in tact and baked as a pie. It was hard to get the muffins out of the tin and made a very unappealing presentation. It was not very tasty but edible. The dressing wasn't good either. We all agreed that this is not a keeper.

I served these last night at a party and they were gone in a flash.. I didn't have chicken so I used diced ham. My mini pan makes 12 and this recipe could have made two pans. I laid out the crust and cut circles with a small cup and just pressed the crust into the tins. I will make this again and again.

Both of these recipes were terrific. My 7-year old loved the ricotta bowls, especially because you could pick them up with your hand. My 9-year old loved the salad, and asked if we could make it more often! The only change I would do to the ricotta bowls is add a few veggies, and I would also grease the pan so they wouldn't stick. Thank you!

I only made the Tomato-Basil Vinaigrette and it was so good. I added more garlic and more red wine vinaigrette. I have been looking for a tomato-basil dressing recipe. Thank you Robin!

I made this recipe because I was watching this episode with my daughter and she thought it looked really good and pretty easy too. So, we went to the grocery store and got all of the ingredients and made it together. It was very easy but I thought they were very salty and I omitted any salt that was suggested, I think it is just from all of that cheese. If I make this again I will cut back on the cheese and maybe add some thawed frozen spinach in place of some of the cheese. The good side is that it is so easy my 8 year old could make it!
