    Don't make this recipe as stated. I like the idea of using gr. turkey breast and stuffing with blue cheese but the lack of flavor in this dish is... well, gross. The poultry seasoning tasted odd and there wasn't really any depth or flavor to the meat. Next time, I will use her idea as a foundation but will add essentials like garlic salt or eggs/breadcrumbs etc. to make this dish less bland and more flavorful. I also made the other recipes from this episode and they too lack flavor.

    This could have been the worst burger I have ever tasted. We do a lot of chicken and turkey, but this was dry and tasteless. My family would not eat it.

    Wonderful burgers. Substituted Feta cheese for the blue cheese because of personal preference. Poultry seasoning added a great kick. Will make again.

    I've never tried ground turkey until this recipe and I LOVED it!!! I can't wait to try ground turkey in other recipes. The Sweet Potato Hash is wonderful with these burgers!!!

    I used Gorgonzolla Cheese instead of Blue cheese. Added salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to the meat. Turned out juicy and full of flavor. Next time I will cut the poultry season down just a big.
