I just caught the end of the recipe. Do you use cooed or raw chicken.

    Thanks!!

I tasted the filling just before adding it to the pizza dough and realized that it really didn't taste anything like buffalo chicken - I'm sure its good that way but not what I was looking for. I added my own buffalo sauce to the mixture and it tasted much more like the real thing - I'd suggest making your own or buying some and replacing the called-for sauce with that. The dipping sauce was very good.

I made this the other night with leftover chickn at a friends house, and it was fantastic! Can be used with any chicken. Everyone loved it. I used Ken's bottled chicken wing sauce instead of what the recipe called for because I couldn't find liquid smoke and didn't want to mess with the buffalo flavor. I also got the pizza dough from a pizzeria instead of frozen (I'm in Brooklyn, so the pizza here is the best. I highly recommend this recipe, and will be using it over and over. It was so easy!

I decided to make this recipe using leftover store-bought roasted chicken from the deli, and prepared bottled buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dip to speed up the process. It was so fast and easy, and absolutely delicious!! It would also be great if you used barbecue sauce in place of the buffalo, if you don't like spicy food. I'll definitely be making this for my family a lot!

My 4 year old came back for seconds and thirds on this. It was easy, although mine didn't look as pretty as Robin's because I couldn't roll out the dough, but it was incredible. The dip was so amazing too that I made more of it to put on salads.

I just saw this and had to try it. It's great as is, but next time I may customize it as I usually do with new recipes.

I'm pretty sure she used a 4" cutter to make the circles.
