This is a regular on our menu. I make it at least once a month. I add some sauteed shrimp and it's delish!

The sauce is so flavorful that you'll want to sop it up with your garlic bread - we did just that!
Minor tweak - I used spinach raviolis for the little ones, so they'd have a veggie in their meal. It was a hit!

This is a great recipe. I used baby bella mushrooms and substituted half and half for the heavy cream and it turned out great. If you are going to add corn starch to thicken the sauce, I advise you to be very careful and sift it in slowly or it will clump.

I made this for mother?s day and it was an absolute hit! I cooked this recipe for about 10 people and had gotten instant raves at the dinner table from practically everyone! It?s very creamy, but not too heavy. Fresh Pecorino Romano will have the sauce at its absolute best! I always get requests to make this when having people over for dinner or for the recipe!

I used 1 t. beef base to make the sauce more flavorful, and added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce at the end. Flavor was GREAT!!!
I had some dried mushrooms, so I only needed to purchase the cream and tortellini.
FANTASTIC!

I had bought regular sliced baby bellas so instead of drying them out I just cooked them on the skillet with oil and mixed that all into the sauce. The garlic did NOT need 3 minutes on medium/ high, mine burned when I did that. I love mushrooms, cheese, and pasta so it was creamy and cheesy and I loved it. A five-star dish!

Very tasty and easy. I had sliced baby bellas on hand so I used them and subbed chicken broth for the mushroom water as others suggested. Also didn't have any heavy cream so I used 1/3 cup skim milk + and a few tablespoons of melted butter. It turned out very flavorful!
