Fantastic! I will make this again and again! I tweaked it a bit by adding some enchilada sauce (mild, red sauce to the bottom of the baking dish and also to the chicken mixture. I dabbed a bit of sour cream on each tortilla before I added the chicken mixture, then I added some shredded cheese and rolled it up. I poured more enchilada sauce over the whole dish before I topped it with cheese and put it in the oven. My husband and two kids LOVED it.

Am just finishing eating this for the time right now as I type this! : Used some suggestions below. I spread a very thin layer of sour cream on the shells and threw in some cheese before rolling them up and then used enchilada sauce, red (mild, on the bottom of the baker and then on top of the enchiladas. I did use a lot more cheese than what the recipe called for, but I use a lot more cheese on any recipe that calls for it. So I did very little "tweaking" of the recipe and they turned out great!

This was very easy to make. The changes I made, I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving (shredded, added some cumin to the mix. I also used enchilada sauce like some of the others did. I planed putting some cheese in the enchiladas, but didn’t have enough (living in North Dakota, wind, snow and Ice... really not the best weather to travel in so I made do and placed it on top, next time cheese on the inside. This was a great recipe and I will make it again.

Really liked this recipe, however I recommend shredding the chicken instead of having it in chunks. Makes it easier to eat.

This was very good but i actually cooked rice in a rice cooker(thats the best way and easiest and i put all the indredients together in a very large skillet just about a cup and a half of rice. Then i added it all into the tortillas. The mixture i made had a tiny can of tomato sauce added to the salsa, the tomato sauce flavored with garlic and basil yummmm! a few basil leaves cant hurt either! Delicioso.

This was extremely good. Mmmmmm...I was doubtful at first because enchiladas are usually made with the salsa on top along with the cheese but they came exquisite and juicy. One thing I did add and don't know yet if it made a difference in taste was cream cheese to the chicken mixture. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Very tasty, and easy to make. I like this recipe a lot because I typically have these ingredients on hand, so I can create a satisfying enchilada meal off the cuff. Thank you!

This was absolutely delicious. My husband wanted seconds, then thirds. I added enchilada sauce as some of the other cooks did and think that was a great addition. I also added a little light sour cream into the filled tortillas as well. I used Old El Paso brand of red enchilada sauce and substituted it in the chicken mixture instead of the salsa, then poured a little sauce at the bottom of the pan with a very thin layer of cheese before adding the filled tortillas to the pan. Then I coated the tortillas with the sauce before topping with the cheese. YUM! I could eat it all week!

I tried this recipe and it was easy and sooooo good. I took the advice of some of the reviews and added enchilada sauce to the bottom of the pan with some cheese and cover the top of them also. Turn out so good.
