I love this recipe. Tasty with few ingredients. My kids even like it, with the roasted red peppers and all. I served with a little fresh salsa and voila!

I made this years ago and forgot to review it. The taquitos have amazing flavor and they are easy to make. I made them for a big party last time, and they were a hit!!!

This recipe is a hit in my household! I will say, that I use flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas (my kids do not like the corn tortillas. Very tasty and healthy!

Loved it... My 5 yr old, who eats practically nothing, loved it and said she'd eat it again!!!! I guess I can add this to the other 3 things she'll actually eat... but she said minus the peppers. Also, used whole wheat tortillas for wrapping.

If you're using 8 tortillas and each one requires 1/3 cup of cheese, then wouldn't you need 2 2/3
cups of cheese rather than the 1 1/3 cup as stated in the recipe? Also, I suggest not only draining the canned peppers, but patting them dry too. I would also cut the chicken a bit smaller than 1 inch. Just saying.......

Good family meal! My corn tortillas fell apart but still tasty. I used leftover chicken from Robin's Roasted Chicken with Smoky Orange sauce.

This was really a quick and yummy and different dinner. Plus it is low in calorie which is a winner altogether. I microwaved the corn tortillas and they still fell apart a bit, so next time I might try putting mine in a pan like another person said and heating them up to see if that is any different. It tastes great with the avocado and white bean dip...that was just a treat. We do like more spice, so next time I might add more peppers to the mix...but all it all it was a great meal and I'm so excited to add it to my recipe collection.

This recipe turned out to be one of the simplest and tastiest recipes I have made using foodtv.com... I added just a dash extra liquid smoke and did sprinkle some cheese on top and they held together very well. Perfect recipe to nix a mexican food craving in a semi healthy way!
