I made this recipe for a late lunch. I used regular smoked sausage and frozen grilled chicken strips. Red peppers and onlons. I also made the potatoe salad and it was all delicious.

This is the first time I have made something from a TV Show it was so easy and quick.

Thanks Robin for the awesome menu.

I thought this was great. I made this for my girlfriend and I. I also changed the recipe a little. I used 1 green pepper 1 orange pepper and 2 red peppers (all Bell to change it up a bit and I used 4 tablespoons of the Balsamic Vinegar. I loved it and ate it for lunch the next day at work and my coworkers also enjoyed it

I added mayo to my sandwich, but it was still not very flavorful.

My husband pretty much eats beef and occasionally pork. I thought this would be perfect with the mix of sausage in with the chicken...and it was. The only comment was he would have preferred to eat it without the bun.

    Score! Thank you Robin!

This was "so quick and easy" for the sausage sandwich loving household. It was such a nice alternative. The potatoe salad was a perfect side even though we added a little mayo. It was a big success after busy running errands for almost two days and parental stress! THANK YOU ROBIN!

I like my onions and peppers soft, so I put them in the skillet together and cooked them for 10-15 minutes. Plus, I added pepper and powdered garlic while they cooked. And I used a Del Russo (sp? sausage link and diced it as instructed. This is going down as one of my favorites!
