When I watched this on t.v., she added the leftover Lime Vinaigrette made with the mixed greens to the blender as a base for the caesar dressing. Makes a big difference. It wasn't mentioned on the site.

It was ok. I had to add about 3 more TB of parmesan to the dressing and a bit of salt. I didn't have the leftover chicken she uses, so I cooked my own (in garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. The dressing was watery before I added the extra parmesan. I've noticed that many of her recipes get rather low ratings...

This was easy enough to prepare, and it was pretty good. But the dressing just did not taste right. I don't know if I added too much chicken broth or what? But again, it was pretty good and easy to prepare... A nice break from cooking.

Was very good, I would only change the amount of garlic to be used as it overpowered everything else. Great summertime meal with the Gooey Mozzerella bread.

I made the salad for dinner Friday night and the dressing was the consistency of water with not much taste. Was there too much chicken broth in the recipe? I think the proportions for the ingredients are off!
