Who knew you could get such flavor from such a simple recipe?! And my husband loved it!
I followed a previous reviewers advice and doubled the sauce, but I did not double the jalapenos and it had just the right amount of heat.
The only thing I will change next time is to add some cornstarch to the sauce mixture to help thicken it because my very flavorful sauce never did thicken. I would also like to try this with flattened chicken breast in place of the pork.

Prepared exact to the recipe, except I doubled the sauce as other reviewers have suggested. This was winner in our household. My oldest son and I chose this to make together as his first experiment with cooking. It impressed everyone. The flavors are fantastic! We made it with the potatoes from the same show (I loved mopping up some of the extra sauce with them- mmmm. So easy and inexpensive, and delicious -- it meets all the criteria for a perfect main dish. I've already made this a bunch of times, and expect that it will be a regular in the rotation for many years to come.

This was a really yummy, super easy recipe!! Unfortunately i didn't have the garlic and herb seasoning so I made due with my own. I used salt pepper and garlic powder over the pork and included dried thyme and a pinch of cinnamon in the flour mixture. It was great! I served with a sweet and savory cornbread dressing.

I think the the next time I make this recipe I will include diced apples with the honey-jalapeno mixture.... I think it would go well with the pork.

I was leary of the sauce, the ingredients I like seperate but couldn't quite grasp them together. This was amazing. Anyone who uses boneless chops has got to try this recipe!

I actually used this recipe and substituted the pork with chicken. It was a huge hit with my family. We were running in different directions all day long so I need a quick dinner to bring us all together....and this was it. So much flavor, so quick and easy to prepare and just different enough to ensure that I will prepare it again.

I really can not believe how easy this was and the sauce was really one of the best flavors I've had in a while. i used Mezzetta Deli Sliced Tamed Jalapeno peppers which had a great snap and did not over power the sauce. Surprisingly there was very little burn and my whole family loved it. I have also tried with salmon and it was fantastic.
