when i saw this recipe i thought how could these simple ingredients really be so great. but i had the items on hand and needed something quick. oh my goodness!!! it is one of the best sauces i have tasted. i have used it on chicken as well. i also made it with chicken stock instead of the beef. fantastic.

That's why I never use pickled jalapenos, you have to take what the company gives you and they are the mushiest things on earth, and to me just as slimy as okra. Don't be afraid to buy one of the green little "jalapenos", the less "cracks" on the top they have, the more mild they will be. Also, if you don't like the hot, don't include the seeds.

I was looking for something different, quick, and easy and this was a winner. Even my selective hubby enjoyed it! It will be a welcomed addition to our recipe book.

I can't say I will make this again. It was just okay. Pork chops didn't have much flavor outside of the sauce. This is a quick recipe but not the tastiest on food network. Try Giada's chops stuffed with spinach and goat cheese.

For any about to try this recipe find the mild pickled jalapeno that. They are out there I found them at wallmart. If you use the regular pickled the jalapeno will over power the dish. Other than that this is truly the best pork chop I've ever made.

I've been morphing (as Robin Miller puts it for about two years now. I love the concept and it significantly reduces your grocery bill. I keep a binder of recipes and make notes about the recipes (what I would or wouldn't change. This is my families favorite dish by far! This is very pleasing as is.

Another of my top choices is the Slow Cooker Jamacain Thighs. That's what's for dinner tonight actually.

For those of you who commented on the spiciness... if you don't want it to be spicy, make sure you don't get any of the membrane (white stuff inside from the jalapeno. Simple. Quick. Tasty the first time or the next day.

This was very easy to make. But it was very hot. I like spicey food but when I make this again I will cut the jalapeno to about 1/2 of what called for,and I WILL be making this again. Makes good leftovers too.

sounded like a weird combo but the vinegar from the jalapenos and the sweetness from the honey work really nicely together. even my picky little brothers ate it

I made this for dinner one night and my boyfriend could not stop raving about it. It is soooooo EASY! It literally takes 15 minutes with prep and cooking time. Adjust the jalapenos according to your personal spice-meter. Will definitely cook again and again and again.

My husband and I liked this receipe, but it is too spicy!! I even added more honey and less jalapenos then the receipe called for and it was still too spicy for us. However, the flavor was good, especially if you like spice. I put this over angel hair pasta. We enjoy how it cleared our sinus, but I will never be making this again.
