Really easy and quick. My family loved them. I didn't have garlic powder, so I used garlic salt.

I made these today for fourth of July. I am serving them cold with the dipping sauce with Robins oriental noodles. I made them as per the directions, cooled to room temp, refrigerated them and will serve them on a bed of the cold noodles. YUM!

Loved this, marinated the vegetables for an hour or so before grilling.

This dish was pretty good. The next time I will grill it outdoors. The green onions as the skewers was a great idea. My husband liked the dish also. The one problem I had was that I had no low sodium soy sauce. I will try this one again with the lower sodium and grill over charcole.

This recipe is just as good without the skewers. I found the sauce to be quite bland for some reason. If I were looking for a really good sauce, I think Yoshida's is still the best. I would potentially make this recipe again, but it wasn't spectacular. The skewer / green onion is innovative though.

This got 2 thumbs up from my husband, my 2 kids (a two year old and a one year old, and myself. I marinated the chicken for a couple of hours and it was very tasty. I served it with the dipping sauce but it didn't really need it. The presentation was impressive too, I would serve that at a dinner party. I used one small bamboo stick in each strip of chicken to secure it together. Next time I will make more.

I agree with the other reviews. Marinate at least an hour before cooking. I also pounded the breasts to a uniform thickness (about 1/2" for even cooking. Chicken tenders work well, too.

I agree with the previous reviewer. Marinate the chicken an hour beforehand and it'd be 5 stars.

I added red peppers and scallops to the skewers which were both complimentary to the marinade.

These chicken kebabs were a great idea easy and the scallion skewers so unique. I would have liked the chicken to be a bit tastier (you can do this by marinating the chicken in the marinade/dipping sauce for an hour before cooking. I had a difficult time keeping the chicken pieces on the scallions. On the other hand, I loved the idea of a skewer you can eat!
