Amazing - I cooked this dish on a night after work and it was relatively easy and tasted like we were eating out. I couldn't believe I had cooked this miyself, it was that amazing! I did skip the lima beans all together though.

This is a great way to cook chicken without it getting too dry. My family and I love the artichokes and capers in it.

First time trying one of Robin's recipes and it was delightful. I am not a fan of capers & artichoke hearts, even though my wife is, this dish was very favorful. I did not thicken the sauce this time but will most likely next time making it. The lemon flavor was wonderful and a very refreshing meal.

I made this a served it over angel hair pasta instead of rice. I also made it with out the lima beans. It is great either way!

This recipe was delicious and so easy to make! I did substitute cream of asparagus soup with the chicken broth (because I didn't have any and it made the sauce a little thicker and still turned out great! Loved it!

I loved this recipe. Chicken piccata is one of my favorites and both my husband and I enjoyed this one. Artichokes were great. Some people complained it was too tart, but I had to substitute chicken broth for white wine (since I had none and it was perfect. Like another reviewer, I also had to add a little flour to thicken; I actually added a little water to the plastic baggie I coated my chicken in and got the leftover flour and seasonings.

Another great dish that I saw on Sat. Morn. TV. A little bit of work but worth it. Another must repeat dish..

The recipe was a little too salty and tart so I will try it again with less capers and lemon. My husband, a man that does not like to try new things, did like the dish but not the artichokes. He described it as "different, but needs gravy". Oh well, can't please everyone.
