I absolutely loved this recipe!! I am not much of a meat eater but I had to give this one a try. The lemon juice and artichoke hearts are such an awesome combination and its so crisp and light! I will be making this dish again, and again!

a little too tart for me, but I didn't add capers so maybe that's the problem.

I found that the amount of lemon was a little bit overpowering...I think that the taste would have been a little less lemony if a little butter was also used in the sauteing of the chicken, and about half of the lemon in the sauce.

I made this right after seeing the program and it was so easy! The chicken was moist and delicious...we even had some leftovers and they were just as good the next day. Will definitely make again!!

My kids and I really loved this dish. My husband wasn't crazy about the artichokes, but otherwise liked it. Very tasty and fulfilling. Another yummy and easy recipe....I'm loving Robin Miller!!! :

This is the first recipe I've tried of Robin's and it's definitely not going to be the last! This was such a great, tasty, quick & simple recipe! Perfect for a busy weeknight. The capers & artichoke hearts (even my husband who's not the biggest artichoke fan enjoyed it added so much flavor to the light overall taste. We made some slight modifications... Found that we had to thicken the sauce with a bit of flour. My husband is not fond of lima beans, so we used canned (drained, rinsed butter beans instead. And finally, we just made regular brown rice with low sodium chicken broth in the rice cooker, rather than instant rice on the stove top. Try it - I hope you love it as much as we did! :

I prepared this for company and it got rave reviews. The only thing I would suggest is to reduce the amount of lemon juice by about half (taste it after that and if you want more go ahead and add it I also threw in some mushrooms. Served it with rice pilaf and fresh asparagus.

was a good and easy dish to prepare, but I think the next time I make this, I will use less lemon juice and maybe a small can of diced tomatoes. Just a little too sour and tangy for my family.

This was excellent - so easy, but tasted as though alot of time and effort were involved. Will definitely prepare again.
