With the capers I will decrease the lemon juice by half next time. Other then that this recipe is very good.

    Chicken Piccata w/capers * artichoke & lemon

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
This taste better as a left over as the sauce tends to marinate the chicken and inhance the lemon flavors. White chicken meat can get dried out using too much acid (lemon). Capers are your sub for salt, you don't need to add salt. I would recommend doubling up on the sauce-it is fantastic! I added a touch of toasted pine nuts for crunch-but just a touch!

    Horrible

Rated: 1 stars out of 5
I thought this was one of the worst things to use these ingredients on! I was not happy w/ the sourness. The artichoke hearts, capers and the lemon juice was way over the top. Possible nixing the artichokes may make it better? Not going to make it again!

    just average.....

I was excited to try this based on other reviews but was disapointed by the outcome. The sauce just did not thicken at all. I didn't think it was really lemony, despite using fresh squeezed lemon juice. It was ok, but overall, this wasn't my favorite dish.

This is a wonderful dish for a quick mealtime, but it can certainly become a favorite for entertaining! There were no 'exotic' ingredients and it was great!

This was so easy to make and turned out so delicious. It will be a new staple recipe for me. Also, all ingredients were things I had on hand.

This was a very tasty meal thast you could serve to anyone on any occasion and feel comfortable. The level of flavors were complex and blended well. The wife who loves all the staple ingredients, just flipped over this recipe. Needless to say, she thought it was a keeper as I did too. Give this a try, you won't be disappointed.

This was a great recipe. I had 8 people for dinner and everyone loved. As my company left they were asking for the recipe. My kids also liked it. I served it over linguine with all of the sauce.

    Chicken Piccata

very quick and easy, but I will cut back on the lemon juice, I believe it had enough tart from the artichokes

I'm a total beginner - but aspiring cook. New kitchen - pots and pans, yadda yadda. This was the first thing I made - minus the chicken broth (I'm not a fan of sauces) - or the artichoke hearts (because I didn't have any). Put that all to the side - it has been the best meal I've made (4 in total so far - 1-1/2 weeks). Definitely would make it for guests...and it was an inspiration. I imagined "wow" if they all taste this good - I can't "wait" to cook!

    great chicken

This is a very flavorful chicken dish and the sauce is just perfect, not to much lemon. Served with a wild rice instead of plain rice makes it great for company. Sandy, Dallas TX.

    Fabulous Dinner!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I prepared the chicken according to Robin's directions with the exception of using a little less capers. Instead of the suggested side dishes I made mini penne with an artichoke/lemon pesto garnished with a basil chiffonade and fresh tomatoes for color... I don't normally rate recipes (lack of time) but this was so fantastic that I had to comment! Michelle, Kingman AZ

    Tender and Tasty!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This was really easy. I used the leftover chicken broth to make the rice. I left out the lima beans, but followed the recipe, otherwise. Such tender chicken and tasty sauce. The sauce didn't thicken, but was fine as it was. I will definitely make this again.
