Finally I found a chicken pot pie recipe my husband likes, he doesn't care for creamy recipes so I decided this one was for him and it was a hit for all my family. It takes a little longer though, for the veggies to cook but it's totally worth it.

This is a very good and tasty pot pie. The only thing I changed was I subsituted yams for potatoes. Even though I'm not a big fan of pot pie, I am of this particular recipe. Way to go Robin!

Yes, there is some chopping of veggies involved, but it is worth a little work for this dish. Make sure you simmer the veggies in the broth mixture until the potatoes are tender (if you dice them into small cubes, they cook more quickly. Also, if you omit the tomatoes, it will be more traditional (Mom's pot pie, but I loved the new twist to the recipe. Wonderful!

I am worried about Robin she is looking too thin. Her hair is thinnner. She looks like she needs professional help, it is obvious she has either a health problem or eating disorder. She looked healthy when she started her shows but I think she looks terrible now. She is way too thin and as a Nutritionist it is very concerning that she is on TV. With all the talk about eating disorders and overweight she is not sending the appropriate message if her weight loss is a nutritional problem.
