Really good!! Like other reviewers I sauteed the spinach in olive oil with some garlic first. Also, I didn't have goat cheese so I used a mixture of asiago and mozzarella. Will definitely make again with the goat cheese. Umm!

Have made this recipe several times - husband LOVES it! Lots of flavor and chicken is cooked perfectly tender. I didn't have goat cheese (family not big on it so I substituted with Rondele herb garlic cheese - so tasty! Another great go-to recipe! I can't wait to make it for my friends and inlaws in FL. Thanks a bunch!

I've tried this recipe several different ways and it is always a winner! I've tried arugula with gorgonzola; wilted spinach and chopped artichoke hearts with Alouett's spinach and artichoke cheese; mustard greens with smoked ham. I've also used whole grain mustard instead of dijon and rolled it in panko bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese. This recipe is a keeper!!

Really enjoyed this recipe. Not difficult to make and ingreds. not hard to find. Also, thank you anonymous 09-06-07 for the tip on the pasta. He/she ? suggested making a pan sauce (think deglazing pan browned chicken in w/white wine and putting over the pasta .....think they used linguini or spaghetti. I had only made the chicken and served w/rice.

I watch the food network a lot and have always wanted to actually make something off of it and when i watched this being made it looked so easy and so yummy! I was skeptical about goat cheese because i had never tried it neither had my fiance but it came out soo great!!! it looked just like it did on t.v. I couldnt believe how great it came out, The only difficult thing i had trying to find was the Ditalini noodles but i did find them and everything came out exactly the way it should have and it was wonderful!!! I can't wait to make this again for other people!

My husband was soooo amazed how good it was. I also could not find goat cheese... so used cream cheese and also sauted the spinach with olive oil and minced garlic.
