Pretty simple. I used her peanut sauce recipe, and it was like eating soy sauce. There was no other flavor or heat. Next time I will double the peanut butter in the sauce, and quadruple the heat.

I'm looking for the marinated chicken satay recipe that I got out of a Glamour magazine many years ago. The marinated chicken took a bit longer to make but it was so much better. Has anybody got a recipe?

I (luckily made double the amount of chicken which worked out since there's hardly any left! We like our food with a little kick, so I also sprinkled the chicken with red pepper flakes and added a few dashes of hot sauce to the dipping sauce. We tried every meal in the "Thai One On" series and they are all absolutely delicious and easy to prepare!
And yes, my boyfriend did steal a few dips of sauce.....

If you are looking for the recipe for peanut sauce, you have to click on the recipe for Peanutty Somen Noodles with Shrimp and she makes a big batch of peanut sauce and then uses some of it for this recipe. I haven't tried this, but I noticed others were confused as well and thought I would try to help.
