Like most of Robin's recipes it needed more flavor, so I added garlic to the onions, a little salt and pepper along with 1/4C sour cream and 3/4C frozen peas at the end. This had the flavors almost right, but when I added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice it really made this a delicous dish.

It was very light and satisfying as promised and SO easy to make! I saw the reviews and though it didn't need the sour cream that much, it sounded yummy so it made a good thing great! Will make again soon!

I liked this it needed a little bit more flavor in it, I will take the suggestion of someone that added the sour cream but I always like beef stroganoff so I thought I would try this it was really easy and had all the classic tastes of beef stroganoff.

My husband and I really liked this dish but something was missing...so I added two tablespoons of light sour cream and half a cup of peas and that made it perfect!

This was really easy to make and better than expected! I'm a perpetual recipe tweaker - I can't leave anything alone. I did however leave this one alone and it was really good. I doubled the "sauce" because I cooked the entire 12 oz bag of egg noodles and it was the perfect ratio of sauce to noodles.
