This was very good and enjoyed by all of us. The dressing was very good and added a lot of flavor. Instead of whole black beans I used refried black beans and we spread them on tortilla. I also seasoned the chicken with taco seasoning and grilled it. I will make this again for sure.

My kids weren't to excited seeing this at the dinner table but when they took their first bite they LOVED it! This was definitely a keeper! The only thing I did differently was add avacado and shredded the chicken.

all of the different flavors made this dish pop! the dressing was just icing on the cake : YUM

the only negative was that the corn tortilla didn't come out crunchy enough

I will be the 1st to admit that Robin Miller's recipes are usually just basic with not much flavor and usually not very high ratings. I do however browse through them for some inspirations and this one definitely inspired me. I cooked my chicken with some onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and threw in some black beans at the end. I sprinkled fresh cilantro and lime juice over the chicken/black bean mixture and topped my tostadas with it. I then melted some mexican cheese blend on top. Then topped them with everything... onions, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, jalapenos, fresh made guacamole (only takes 1 minute with a food processor, and the cilantro lime vinaigrette. They were absolutely DELICIOUS! I thought the cilantro lime vinaigrette was not so good when u just stick your finger in it to taste it, but when you put it ontop the tostadas it gives them a little "zing". It makes people wonder.. what is that?? I will definitely put the vinaigrette on all my tacos from now on! Thanks for the inspiration Robin!

It was easy to make but the dressing didn't provide enough flavor for the dish. I think marinating the chicken in some way and adding onions may help with the lack of flavor. In any case, I wouldn't make this dish again.

This is a great recipe, I ended up needing more vinaigrette than called for so I would suggest making extra. I also added pepper jack cheese.

This was one of the best tostadas we have ever had. I followed the recipe and the dressing was fantastic!. On my next Chicken Tostada meal, I will add avocados.

I made this recipe for some friends the day I found it and it came out amazing. The cilantro-lime vinaigrette has great flavor and was perfect with the tostadas. I will definitely be making this again in the future.

I made this last night when it was 99.9 degrees out! I bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store so I didn't have to grill or bake anything. I really liked the dressing, I was skeptical because it's chicken broth, which I didn't think would taste like a dressing, and cilantro, which to me tastes like soap. But it was light and refreshing! I also cooked the tortilla's in a pan with some oil instead of in the oven. I added avacado and a dollop of sour cream. I liked it a lot!! Will be making this more during the summer.

A good lunch or light dinner recipe. My husband and I both enjoyed it. We did make one addition - avocado. A great recipe for beginners.
