Very easy to prepare. Salsa is great cold or hot. The pork is very good with just the chile powder,no need for more seasoning.

Loved the salsa, thinking about trying a mango too. I added 3 chilis to half the salsa, and even my Thai wife was impressed.

This was a great way to use leftovers. I substituted peaches and heirloom tomatoes, and the salsa was flavorful and added a lot of depth to the pork dish. Definitely will make again!

I really was looking forward to this recipe since I had some left over pork loin. I made the salsa even before the episode was completely over and I did like it, just don't know what else I'd ever use it for.

I sliced the pork about 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick. Sprinkled a little salt and then covered it with the chili powder. It smelled good and looked good but I could only eat a few bites and DH took only a couple of bites. He kept asking what in the heck I'd used on the meat and even though he likes chili powder in other dishes, he hated it on this.

I really hate having to give a bad review because I've really liked everything else I'm cooked using FN recipes.

This is a truly fast, easy, fun way to use leftover pork roast. The flavors go well together.
