This was very tasty, fresh and healthy. I used a combo of mandarin orange/tangerine juice in place of the orange juice because that's what I had on hand. I marinated the shrimp for two hours and cooked it with coconut oil and the marinade on top the the stove. The shrimp was outstanding! I added cucumber and avocado to the salad. I also added a citrus/ginger dried herb mixture I had to the marinade for the shrimp in place of the fresh herbs that I didn't have. It turned out great. I will definitely make this again!

I added 2 tsp ginger & 2 tsp cilantro paste to the dressing, & diced papaya with the salad for a very good dinner.

Instead of grilling the shrimp, I cooked them in a skillet with all the extra marinade. I feel like that kept A LOT of the flavor. It may not be AS healthy as grilling it, but it still kept the flavor best! =

Agree with a previous review about lack of flavor. Needs more seasoning, but a light, easy-to-make, healthy dish. Love shrimp over salad greens any day of the week.

I thought this recipe was really great and easy. I added a little garlic and a little ginger just because I thought it would pair well. My husband liked it as well.

Loved this recipe. It was so tasty an healthy to boot. The combinsation of the salad and dressing with the grilled shrimp was perfect. Perfect accompaniment to any meal...we had it with a grilled steak. Have made it several time and will continue to be a go-to salad for our meals.

I made this for dinner and cooked the shrimp in the skillet instead of on the grill. It was delicious and the dressing was amazing! It was just enough marinade for the shrimp - we could taste the citrus, but it was not overwhelming. I will definitely make this again! Great for a guilt-free healthy dinner.

This was easy and good, but not great. Added some ginger, cilantro and red pepper flakes to marinade and left on shrimp for about 30 minutes - helped somewhat. Added cilantro and a touch of honey to dressing and added avocado and a little feta to salad. Our family ate it all and would probably make again in a pinch, but I definitely wouldn't serve it at a dinner party. The lime juice from the grilled lime is a nice touch but don't over-grill b/c the limes will turn to bitter mush. Also added a little smoked salt over everything to contrast the citrus.

My family enjoyed this meal. The kids, 16 to 20 in age, have picky appetites, but they enjoyed this recipe. It will become a staple in our house.

The dressing was very tasty. I don't know why others had a problem with it.
