    We made this with the mango tilapia. It was fantastic. The mint gives the couscous a kick of flavor you wouldnt expect. I loved it and so did my husband.

    The mint really made the dish. It tasted amazing with the Moroccan-style Tilapia. My husband is Moroccan and even though the peas make it more American he was thrilled and it reminded him of home!

    I liked the coucous, especially with the very light tasting Tilapia. I think that it could be kicked up a notch by a little more attention to the recipe, instead of having you follow what is on the side of a box.

    Needed more flavor, cooked with chicken broth and added more mint. Good side dish with the Moroccan Tilapia.
