    This was very good! I added little chunks of potatoes in it. I used everything except for celery, and carrots. Also, I didn't blend anything, I left it all chunky.

    Easy and delicious. I added a can of drained, rinsed cannellini beans to thicken AND add fiber. I also used an extra cup of broccoli because I love broccoli! Wonderful recipe..

    I used 3/4 cup onions instead of 1/2 and used 2% evaporated milk to decrease the fat/calories. I also used 3 heads of broccoli. This soup was simply delicious and really healthy.

    I add an 8oz brick of Shreaded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese at the very end, and i use 3 heads of Broccoli it's more then you think you will need but it was good! ummmmm

    I added 1 & 1/2 cup more broccolie , 1/2 cup shreeded chedder cheese & 1/2 tsp of curry , then It was great!
